Thanks to everyone who has sent me get-well-soon wishes. I have been under the effects of a persistent virus since Boxing Day and am still spending the first five minutes of every morning coughing.
We did manage to drive down to Messums West, a leading gallery and art centre at Tisbury – thirteen miles away from Salisbury – but more on that elsewhere.

“I thought you might like this picture of the ‘Wolf Moon’ taken from The Rec as it rose over St Mary’s Church, Bathwick.
A good result for Bath, who won a very tense match against Exeter by 33 points to 26, returning to the top of the table but probably only briefly, as Northampton are in a good position against Harlequins as I write.
