The Friends of the Museum of Bath at Work are launching an appeal to fund a new website, at an estimated cost of £4500.
It will happen at a Friends and supporters social evening on Thursday 21st, September, from 7.30pm at the Museum.
It’s an opportunity to socialise and talk to similar people keen on promoting this long-standing and important city attraction with drinks available and a free raffle.
The Friends are hoping their active supporters – and others interested in helping the Museum – will come along to hear from the Director and Friends Committee of recent activities and plans with other ideas welcomed.
The Museum is increasingly discovered through internet searches of things to do in Bath. This demands an attractive and informative web site designed to raise our digital presence attracting visitors and attendance at Museum events.
There will also be an opportunity to view the Face-to-Face exhibition of Victorian and Edwardian portrait photographs of Bath – introduced by exhibition designer and producer Ann Cullis.
