Another morning dawns and – at the Abbey end of Cheap Street – more refuse sacks containing food have been ripped open by birds after being left out over night.

What a sight for our tourist visitors who come to view our world-famous Georgian (and Roman) city.

Why do we have so many different refuse companies doing so many different things.
It’s time to crack down on this and clean up our city!
