“On Wednesday this week, locomotive 70000 Britannia will pass through Bath at 12.17 pm on its way from Crewe to Swanage for the Swanage Railway Spring Steam Gala 24th-26th March.
It is a positioning journey so the time may change, and you should check realtimetrains to keep up to date.
William Shakespeare, a loco of the same class was exhibited at the 1951 South Bank Festival of Britain exhibition to show the latest British Railway designed locomotive.
After Britannia, the diesel-hauled Belmond British Pullman will call at Bath 13.05 and return 15.56 pm.”
