After all the rumpus about the removal of cycle hoops from the High Street end of Cheap Street – and their subsequent reinstatement – look what l found this wet Wednesday morning??!!
Someone has been busy removing the bolts from the stands and leaving them scattered on the pavement below the hoops.
Plenty of CCTV around there so l wonder whether anyone will bother to check it? Also just how secure are those stands??
