“If you would like to keep your readers informed  of steam train information. There is one I nearly missed as it is not stopping in Bath.

In addition to this weeks, LMS and LNER Scottish express  rivals Western Regions 7029 Clun Castle, a native to our area, will pass through on Tuesday the 6th December  7029, Clun Castle with the Merchant Venturer  from Solihull to Bristol. The original Merchant Venturer ran from Paddington to Bath, Bristol and Weston Super Mare

DUCHESS OF SUTHERLAND FROM LONDON VIA FRESHFORD

NOT YET ON REAL TIME BUT SUSPECT THE SAME AS FOR 5TH BUT RETURNING VIA FRESHFORD

There are also two luxury trains on Wednesday 7th. Statesman Rail from Carnforth arriving at 12.00 and the Belmond Pullman from London at 13.00; and on Saturday 10th the Blue Pullman from Holyhead on Saturday arriving at 12.27
