The last time l met Lyricist/writer/producer Mel Lawman she was enthusiastically planning – and funding – a new family musical to be premiered in Bath.
Unfortunately, the Pandemic dashed her hopes but at least one musical number from ‘MissRed’ is destined to make a very special charity appearance online this Christmas.
Along with composer Matt Finch, she is hoping to attract both local and national Ukrainian families to form an internet choir to raise funds for displaced people this festive season.
I met up with them both in Parade Gardens.
