How in the world is this situation able to continue ? You have highlighted this before in order to try and get something done but, it seems, without success. How come BANES seem to have no powers to require the owner to safeguard and repurpose this very important heritage building ? Given the fuss their Conservation department often make over very minor issues, this seems completely out of proportion.
