Sad to see a true independent shop closing after so many years of trading in the city.
The Bath Hat Company – just along from Waitrose – has gone. A notice on the door announces the closure ‘after 30 years of serving you’ and says ‘retirement due to ill health beckons.’
Bidding goodbye, Deanna and Sarah say: ‘We shall miss you all and hope that you keep wearing and sharing your headwear.’
I raise my red flat-top cap to you both!
