Starting on August 10th and for the duration of the school summer holidays the 44AD website is hosting a series of engaging, video-led activities about Ways of Seeing, to learn how to:
- Paint imaginary scenes
- Be a scientific investigator
- Devise trails around favourite places
- Learn what Bath was like 900 years ago
Made by volunteers and friends of 44AD, the videos encourage and help children and families to be creative. Culminating in a week of activities at 44AD from Monday 29th August, and concluding with an interactive exhibition on Saturday 3rd September 1pm – 5pm.
During the week Monday, August 29th to Saturday, September 3rd the gallery at 44AD artspace will be open for families to drop in between 12pm to 4pm to chat to us about the project or to bring in any paintings, work, results, ideas or just to share in the STE(A)M fun.
We will be sharing our work with you too!!
For safeguarding reasons please note we can only welcome families. Unaccompanied children cannot be accommodated. Very sorry!
Over the years 44AD has partnered with Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution (BRLSI) to host some very successful STE(A)M Science, Technology, (Art), Maths Workshops for children and is taking this cooperation a little further forward this year by presenting:
