I applaud the idea of turning empty floors above city shops into residential accommodation but if it means more of the above l think someone should have a word with the occupants.
This was taken mid-morning in Milsom Street and is NOT a good advert for a clean and well-organized city when it comes to showing off our World Heritage attributes.
Don’t stick your rubbish out in this way!
I guess that the people who left this waste have made some sort of effort to dispose of their waste at least near a bin – but I understand that people have a problem with disposing of their waste if they do not live in an address full time and are not there to put their rubbish out on bin day. What is the solution for individuals who are not there on bin day and perhaps don’t have the transport or appropriate timing to take their waste to the dump?
