At last some news about movement regarding the future of the now long-closed Holy Trinity Church on Bath’s Chapel Row.
A spokesperson for the diocesan office of the Bishop of Bath and Wells told Bath Newseum:
“Spaceworks (the owners) have recently achieved Planning Consent to convert the church to studio work/office space.
With their extensive professional team they have been spending a considerable amount of time and resources designing a scheme that their agents Knight Frank and JLL believe will appeal to the appropriate market.
Due to the heightened uncertainty and risk of Covid, Spaceworks are now talking to and approaching specific prospective occupiers to ascertain exactly the fit out they want before submitting a Listed Planning Application for these works.”
