Popped up to St Mary’s at Upper Swainswick between the showers and pleased to see the restoration of the two Grade 2 listed chest tombs continues to go well.

They are both being given a solid core before the ornamental Bath stone surround of these early 18th century monuments is carefully repositioned.

The work is being carried out by Sally Strachey Historic Conservation.
