Here’s a rather derelict site in the middle of Walcot Street that was once destined to be the new home of the Genesis Trust.

They went elsewhere and since then there’s been no indication of who might develop the plot.

All is now revealed in a new planning application to go before B&NES which seeks approval for a mixture of flats and office space.

  1. Sounds like a good idea, but hopefully will limit car parking spaces to encourage use of less congestion-causing transport.
