Bath at Work needs your help.

Ecclesiastical Insurance – one of the UK’s largest insurance companies that insure heritage properties – is running a 12 Days of Christmas Giving campaign.  Over 12 days, 120 charities will each win £1,000 – and one of those could be Bath Industrial Heritage Trust which runs the Museum of Bath at Work.

The Museum’s hoping its fans will nominate it by clicking this link:

Type ‘Bath Industrial Heritage Trust’ into the search box and it will come up with our name and charity number.  Then just add your details (you can opt-out of communications from Ecclesiastical) and click ‘submit’ to vote.

The more nominations (votes) they get, the better their chance of winning a £1,000 donation.  Draws will take place each weekday from 7 – 22 December 2020.

Like every other museum, ‘Bath at Work’ has been badly affected by the enforced closures due to Covid-19.  The Museum needs to raise more than £20,000 in the coming year in order to keep open and continue to offer its programme of exhibitions, films, and community projects, and provide archives and research facilities.

You can also help by making a donation. Go to http://www.bath-at-work.org.uk/you-can-help-the-museum/ to donate online, or send a donation by cheque to the Museum address.

The Museum says: ‘ Every donation is important to us, and if you can Gift Aid it too, we can claim additional money on top of what you give. Thank you.’
