  1. I’m beginning to think the best thing to do is get rid of most of these bins. They seem to be used mainly for household waste and fly tipping; I doubt there’s much other rubbish that goes into them. The bin at the bottom of Hedgemead Park was removed a while back because of fly tipping and that has been a huge improvement. Then we need to start educating people to take their rubbish home as they do in Japan.
