Cracking way to support RUH

I am not a commercial concern – and keep this website running for love, not money – but l do feel Bath Newseum should be doing its bit to keep local businesses going. So l am going to publicise the following.

Chocolatier, Patricia Maufras du Chatellier emailed me to say that her business – Maison Larnicol – is opening for the Easter weekend and will also be selling online.

As well as a discount, she is offering a way of supporting Bath’s Royal United Hospital too. She is holding a raffle – to win a giant Easter egg – with all the proceeds being donated to the RUH.Screenshot 2020-04-03 at 15.00.54

The Bath Farmers’ Market will also run tomorrow (Saturday) from 9 am to 12 noon at Green Park Station. Again a lot of independent traders relying on public support.

You – of course- must be responsible about your own safety, but l hear the market has a system to control numbers, entry and exit flow and distancing.  There are even hand sanitisers available.
