Here’s the way Lima in Peru illustrates the scourge of plastic and the environmental damage it does to the natural world and its inhabitants.

Plastic bottles and other containers transformed into some of the mythical and real  inhabitants of a vanishing world – condemned by us humans and our selfish behaviour.

Could we see Bath come up with some art-based way of telling the same story that would put this issue into public spaces?

Let a World Heritage city that is proud of its past also play a role in voicing concerns for the present and future.
