Just some of the issues concerning Royal Victoria Park – one of Britain’s oldest public recreational spaces – now facing problems with crumbling heritage and a lack of funding and human resources.

He’s just three and a half weeks into his appointment as cabinet member responsible for heritage and community services, but Cllr Paul Crossley did agree to face the Bath Newseum camera and met me at the duck pond today.
