Seems canal boaters, local councillors, the police and other interested parties have met to discuss the ongoing problem of antisocial behaviour – by some – on the Kennet and Avon Canal in our area.
It follows an incident on the Bradford on Avon stretch where a stag party caused havoc while in charge of a hired narrowboat.
